A complete rental renovation on a single family row house. Took out bearing walls to reconfigure entire layout…new kitchen, bathroom, extra rooms, electric, plumbing, structure, floors, etc. Dug down basement to obtain required legal height for living space in basement and installed 2 full baths and remodeled full kitchen. Installed (2) new gas heat and central A/C systems, roof deck, and many other updates.
